Show Of Shame! Mother Publicly Fights Daughter Over A Male Lover In Delta State | Photo

When a family lacks shame, things like this must happen. A terribly enraged woman has carried out a most brutal attack on her own daughter for the most unbelievable reason ever – male lover.
The woman identified as Chiekube Igbinosa in Akumazi community of Delta State, was said to have bit off her daughter’s ear and stabbed her for having s*x with her boyfriend.Sources said the fight which led the mother biting off a scoopful of flesh from the daughter’s ear, took place around camp 74 behind Ibori Golf course in Asaba campus of the Delta State University.
The 46-year-old woman is the secret lover of an Ibo trader who was deported to Nigeria three years ago from Spain, but he allegedly hoodwinked the woman’s daughter into a relationship.
The daughter in question had recently graduated and is on visit to the mother after her Youth Service.
While their love relationship blossoms, the unsuspecting mother who is a school vice principal, was said to have showered her lover boy with gifts.
But this was not to be when the daughter identified as Mabel Igbinosa flippantly opened up to her friend her relationship with the Igbo man who is a building materials trader, including how they made love.
Somehow the gist got to the mother and she decided to visit the Igbo man’s house around Okwe Quarters in Asaba.
After enjoying herself with her mother’s boyfriend, the girl left his house, unknown to her that the mum was around. She immediately pounced on her, bit off her ear before stabbing her with a bottle.
Police was later called in and the shameless mother and daughter were taken away.

APC spokesmen ask Yoruba monarchs to pray for Fayose

The publicity secretaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the South West states have blasted Governor Ayodele Fayose for his questionable conduct and objection to the $2bn China loan to Nigeria.

The Punch reports that the criticism was contained in a statement signed by the APC spokesmen Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya (Ondo), Taiwo Olatunbosun (Ekiti), Sola Lawal (Ogun), Joe Igbokwe (Lagos) and Morakinyo Akintola (Osun).

Comparing Fayose’s behavior before and after he assumed office for the second term, the party’s spokesmen concluded that the governor ‘completely lost decorum’.

“We have observed that Fayose’s public conducts suggest that he has a disease of the mind and mental crisis that need a great assay of science and spiritual intervention to save him before he becomes dangerous to the society.”

“His thoughts and emotions have been so impaired that he has completely lost decorum and conduct expected of a man that can safely live in peace with other people in a sane society where the law works,” they said.

Further in its statement, the spokesmen listed instances where Fayose had displayed questionable conducts.

“The governor went to the House of Assembly with the gavel to conduct a voice vote to pass the 2016 budget.

“He sits on the road median treating official files and goes to the market personally carting away traders’ tables and chairs, including their wares.

“The last was his embarrassing and illegal communication with the Chinese authority urging President XI Jinping to refuse financial assistance to Nigeria to enable the country address her economic challenges.

“Also in China, he mounted a rostrum at a train station addressing travellers in tattered clothings and posted his photograph on the Internet, claiming that he was addressing investors in China even when there was no federal government’s approval that he ought to seek before a state can embark on such diplomatic trip.

“Besides, Fayose’s intervention on the nation’s appropriation matter is an exclusive function of the National Assembly,” the statement read in part.

The spokesmen concluded that Fayose needed help and urged the Yoruba monarchs to pray for the governor to save him from self-destruction.

“Governor Fayose is one of our sons. He needs help. We want him to succeed as an individual and as the governor of Ekiti state (The Land of Honour). Therefore, we cannot continue to watch him drag the revered name of Yoruba in the mud in the name of government’s criticism. He’s gradually stepping beyond his bounds.

“This is the essence of our appeal to all Yoruba Obas and religious leaders to pray fervently for and on behalf of Fayose to regain his senses because, an injury to one, we believe is an injury to all,” they said.

In a swift reaction, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) issued a statement by its state publicity secretary, Jackson Adebayo, Vanguard reports.

“We in PDP believe that any serious party publicity officer should be image maker not using foul language on opponent unlike these nincompoops calling themselves image makers.

“As far as we are concerned, Governor Fayose is doing what any right thinking person with love of Nigeria at heart should do,” the spokesman said.

According to the party, it is embarrassing and laughable for the APC’s publicity secretaries “to turn themselves to quack doctors and voodoo analysts on the governor of Ekiti state in determining his heath status even at the risk of committing great level of libel and slander".

7 Names You Don’t Want To Give Your Child In Nigeria

Firstly, this is Nigeria and there is the need to carefully review the kind of names we give our children. We are a nation with a deep rooted belief for culture and value. While many people prefer to give their children foreign names, many people do not want to lose touch with the culture we have tried to preserve for years. That being said, there are some indigenous names you dare not name your child in this present age and day.
Not only are these names bastardized, they have become a subject of ridicule amongst people.
Some names in Nigeria depict stupidity and go on to portray the bearers of such names as people who are not smart and are naturally silly.
It should be known that the names you give a child go a long way in that child’s future.
A child named after wealth could become immensely rich people would start to marvel at his or her success.
Give a child a name that means bitterness and you would be surprised to see that child goes through trials and tribulations all through his life.
Without wasting much time, check out some of the names you may not want to name a child in Nigeria:
1. Akpos
Please if your wife is expecting a child, do not include Akpos when you are compiling names to give that child. Akpos have become the joke of the century in Nigeria and is being used wildly in the entertainment world.
People who bear this name are so dumb they could hardly make sentences that are filled with good points.2. Sule
This name has Islamic background. Many Nigerians now use it when they want to mock people.
A person being called Sule may not necessarily have that as his original name but then it means the person is not smart or intelligent.
Calling a person that is aimed at making him or her know he is acting silly or actually silly. If you go on naming your child that, don’t say we did not warn you.
3. Alice
This is the name most maids bear in Nigeria.
We are sorry if that is your name but then, we are sure you would not want to name your child that too.
Moreover, the name is becoming archaic so why bother naming your daughter that? Or do you want your child to become somebody’s maid in the nearest future?
4. Ekaette
This is a Calabar name and if you are familiar with people from this part of Nigeria, you would know they are wonderful cooks.
There is really no problem giving your daughter this name if you have dreams of her becoming a cook.
Most of the girls portrayed as Ekaette are not just good in the kitchen; they have an added advantage when it comes to bedroom skills if you know what we mean.
5. Muri
This is a bit sad as we have a hero with the name Muritala.
Yes we know people are trying to make the name sound more ‘Behind’ by coming up with ‘funkified’ versions of it. But forget that, Muri would always be Muri in Nigeria.
And you definitely do not want to be called that or make an innocent child go through the agony of being mocked.
6. Dejo
This is a popular character in the Yoruba film industry but you do not want to have a child named that.
Like all the other names mentioned here, this name has a meaning and it is rather unfortunate that the beauty of this name is being replaced with chronic stupidity.
Call your son Dejo and watch people add ‘Tufulu’ as the suffix.
7. Okoro
This is an Igbo name but people generally believe that a person called this has to be bald or someone with receding hairline.
Why do you want your child a name like that? But then, you could ignore this and wake up to see your hairy child bald.

Married Woman Stuck With Boyfriend During Sex In Benin. (Photos for 18+).

Sources claim the man had been suspecting his wife’s illicit moves for a while, so he decided to ‘insure’ his property quietly, even without letting the ‘property’ (the wife) know.

The ‘insurance’ was done to expose her, glue her to any man that gets down with her. Sadly, within just days the adulterous wife was caught live in the act with his cheating partner glued to each other. When they couldn’t separate, they both had to cry out for help.

Naira crashes against dollar, sells for N319 in black market

According to our Bureau De Change (BDC) source, the naira now trades for between N319 and N320 as against the N318 – N320 it was on Monday, April 18.
“Today, it is being sold at N319, although some are selling at N320,” one of BDC sources informed.
Throughout last week, the naira maintained a strong stand against the dollar, a situation which had been absent in the parallel market for the past few months.
Many had said the naira will likely stay firm against the dollar this week, but that doesn’t seem to be going quite well as the nation currency is presently hovering around N319 – N320.

Apostle Psalm Okpe drugged, killed my wife' - Husband of late gospel artist.

The husband of the late gospel singer who was found dead in a hotel room in Edo State, Yvonne Omoarebokhae, Odion, has called out Apostle Psalm Okpe, the General Overseer of the Fresh Oil Ministry, a Lagos based pentecostal church, saying the man of God drugged and murdered his wife after he invited her to the hotel in preparation for a concert he allegedly told her he was organizing.
Read: "Sad End: Gospel singer dies in hotel after pastor she met on FB invited her for a 'show'"

According to the bereaved husband, his wife did not die of a cardiac arrest as revealed by a post mortem carried out on the corpse but that the pastor murdered her after he had drugged her.

Odion who is a transporter, has outrightly dismissed the test result, alleging that the 30-year-old Yvonne was given an overdose of an unknown substance in the hotel room and left to die by Apostle Okpe.

The gospel singer and mother of one died on April 8 in a hotel room in the Benin GRA, after she was invited by Apostle Okpe who she had allegedly met on Facebook, to perform at a programme in Warri, Delta State.

Read: "Update: Cause of death of Edo based gospel singer, revealed"

Odion told newsmen that he strongly suspects the pastor in the death of his wife due to circumstances surrounding her demise.

“‎At about 9pm on that day, I was called to come to the Airport road police station. Initially, I thought she had an issue with the taxi she took on her way back.

But later that night, the police, after tossing me here and there, told me that she was dead. It was later that I discovered that the pastor that invited her to cover the programme, Psalm Okpe, had killed my wife."

Odion also claimed that the CCTV footage obtained from the hotel revealed that both Apostle Okpe and his late wife ‎lodged in the same room and ‎showed the suspicious movements of the pastor, which indicated his complicity in the death of the woman.

“I have watched the CCTV footage. Initially, the pastor said that they came back together and she went her way and he went his own way. But we have been to that place (hotel) and watched the CCTV footage and discovered that contrary to what he (pastor) wrote, she (deceased) actually slept there.

Immediately they entered, she was just following like a dumb (and) went upstairs. The police told me that they met my wife dressed like somebody ready to go out. The police snapped her like somebody taking a nap.

I have seen my wife’s body; there is no mark on her. From what I observed, I think she was given an overdose of a substance I do not know. Probably, her system could not take it.

She communicated with me that day she died, at about 10am, that they have finished performing; she could not return the day before; that she is already in Benin (and) in the next one hour, she will be in the house.

One or two person have been calling me that I should try and bury my wife that they will talk to them for settlement. I have told them that I didn’t sell her and I am not collecting any money from anybody.

I want the police to follow this case because I know that Pastor Psalm Okpe killed my wife. So, I want the law to make sure he does not go unpunished,”‎ Odion concluded.

Meanwhile, Apostle Okpe is still in police custody at the Edo State Command and the Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, has assured that the police will surely get to the root of the matter.

“People should also not delve into areas where they have little competence. For somebody who is not a doctor or who has not been advised as such to hold an opinion, where you have little competence, is also not correct.

They should allow the investigation to run to its conclusion. If they are not satisfied, they can go further; they can petition the IG.

The matter can be taken over from Abuja but it will amount to overheating the polity for people to be making comments while matters are under investigation.

Okpe is with us. We are very open in matters we do. We have not recovered any substance".
