According to her, some group of persons suspected to be members of the cult were dressed in all black and each of them carried machetes.

The reason for the clash, it was also revealed, was that the group wanted to get even after the other cult group killed many of their members during a recent clash.

This is not the first time that violence has been reported in Ikorodu and its environs as some alleged Niger Delta militants last month, unleashed terror to landlords in area, killing over 30 people, leaving many others injured.
